Roles and Responsibilities of a BDE in Axis Bank

Actively identify potential customers in Pollachi and nearby areas.
Assess customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Present the features and benefits of Axis Bank products to prospective clients.
Convert leads into customers by facilitating the account opening process.
Seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Collect renewal fees and maintain accurate documentation of accounts.
Record customer interactions and transactions in the bank’s CRM system.
Achieve individual and team sales goals for various banking products.
