Roles and Responsibilities of BDE in Axis Bank

Actively search and identify potential customers in the Omalur region.
Assess the financial needs and goals of potential customers.
Present and explain Axis Bank’s products and services.
Convert leads into customers by facilitating the account opening process.
Explore opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
Maintain ongoing positive relationships with current customers.
Handle renewal fees and ensure accurate account documentation.
Record interactions and transactions accurately in the bank’s CRM system.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for different products and services.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria for the BDE Role
