Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday / Weekend availability
Roles and Responsibilities of a BDE in Axis Bank
Actively identify and reach out to potential customers in Erode.
Assess and understand the financial needs and goals of prospective clients.
Effectively present and promote Axis Bank’s product offerings.
Convert leads into customers by completing account opening processes.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products to existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers.
Collect renewal fees and maintain accurate account records and documentation.
Maintain an organized record of interactions and transactions in the bank’s CRM system.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for various bank products.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria for the BDE Role
Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
Excellent communication skills, both in English and the local language.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability in lead generation and sales conversion.
Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Male candidates are preferred for this role.
