Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Namakkal, Tamil Nadu
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday / Weekend availability
Roles and Responsibilities of a BDE in Axis Bank
Proactively identify and engage potential customers in the Namakkal region.
Evaluate the financial needs and goals of prospective customers.
Present Axis Bank products, explaining their features and advantages.
Convert potential leads into customers by assisting with account openings.
Explore opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Handle renewal fees and maintain proper account documentation.
Record all customer interactions and transactions in the bank’s CRM system.
Meet individual and team sales goals for various Axis Bank products.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria for the BDE Role
A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field is required.
Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Capable of generating leads and converting them into customers.
Willing to travel locally for customer meetings.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Male candidates are preferred for this position.
