Responsibilities of Branch Operations Officer

Transaction Processing: Supervise the daily transactions, including deposit, withdrawal, loan processing and other transactions and make sure all the transactions are inaccurate and security condition

Team Leadership and Training: Presuming the leadership and directing the branch staff, conducting training sessions, and encouraging a positive work environment to increase productivity and efficiency.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Keep an eye on branch performance benchmarks, preparing reports for higher management regarding the branch performance, growth strategies and improvement areas.
