Responsibilities-  oversee branch operations, sales, and customer service to ensure the achievement of business targets and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities of Cluster Manager in IDFC Bank in Erode

• Developing strategies to optimize resources for improved efficiency and productivity of the cluster.
•  Monitoring sales reports and customer feedback to assess the performance of the cluster.
•  Ensuring gold loan portfolio growth and  >99% collections at the portfolio level.

•  Motivating branch teams to achieve set targets month-on-month.
•  Tracking routine marketing activities across branches.
•  Liaising with the bank’s regional and zonal officers to align on business objectives.
•  Visiting zones and regions to interact with officers and branch managers.
•  Guiding and supporting teams to ensure the targets are achieved.

• Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates with an MBA or PGDM.
