Job Role-   Cluster Manager

Responsibilities-   oversee the operations and management of multiple bank branches within the cluster to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of sales targets.

Skills-  Leadership skills, financial acumen, strategic planning, customer service, and the ability to drive sales and manage team performance.   

Qualification-  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Experience Requirements-   1 to 5 years in credit operations and credit underwriting.

Salary-  Rs 6.8 lakhs per year approximately.
