- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to customer transactions and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or higher management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer issues until resolution is achieved.
- Utilize banking software and technology to process transactions and manage customer accounts.
- Provide customers with guidance on using online banking and other digital services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to branch goals.
