New Customer Acquisition: Acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) savings account customers within the identified segment and generating references from the specified catchment area.

Quality of Accounts: Ensuring the acquisition of high-quality savings accounts in terms of product mix, segments, and constitution mix.

Direct Banking Activation: Registering and activating acquired customers to direct banking channels.

Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs.

Catchment Mapping: Assisting and supporting the sales manager in catchment mapping and scoping exercises.

Feedback Provision: Providing regular feedback to the Sales Manager (SM) / Relationship Manager (RM) on opportunities and customer needs.

Adherence to Norms: Ensuring adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

Quality Sourcing: Ensuring quality sourcing is in line with the bank’s policy.
