Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and support the operations team at the Trichy branch, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Operational Oversight: Supervise daily branch operations to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Branch Operations Executive position at Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Trichy branch, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: A minimum of a graduate degree (MBA preferred).
Experience: At least one year of experience in branch banking or operations is required.
