Job Role- Product Manager

Qualification- Graduate/ Post Graduate at relevant stream

Experience- 6 to 10 years in relevant field

Salary- Rs 6,00,000 to 15,00,000 per annum

Location- Namakkal,Tamil Nadu

Roles and Responsibilities of the Product Manager of HDB FInancial Services at Namakkal

Business development initiatives.
Conducting monthly meetings and reviews with branch teams.
Enrolling dealers, tracking market share and competition, and gathering market feedback.
Developing special initiatives and below-the-line (BTL) tie-ups with dealers and other channels.
Providing training to business teams on products, processes, policies, and payouts.
Managing channels end-to-end, including empanelment, training, turnaround time (TAT), and payouts.
Mapping manpower to channels and ensuring the productivity of sales officers (SO), senior sales officers (SSO), and sales managers (SM).
Creating customized schemes for events and festivals.
Handling channel feedback and grievances.
Managing processes and ensuring hygiene.
Analyzing and reviewing existing products and policies to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Training the team on product knowledge to improve deal pitching.
Managing pre-delivery documentation (PDD) like invoice, insurance, and RC updates.
Monitoring and reviewing TA and RC limits to increase productivity.

Eligibility Criteria of the Product Manager in HDB Financial Services at Namakkal
